Return Eligibility
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

How to Start a Return

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons. These exceptions will be noted on the product page.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
